This letter of intent defines the relationship between Image Marketing Services (the Company)

the above party- (The Client) with regard to the purchasing and design services to be provided by the Company, and the roles and obligations of both parties.
Image Marketing Services is an independent company providing individuals and businesses with Computer related consultation services, which include a contract computer purchasing service and Website designing, advertising and graphics art.
IMS has years of computer purchasing experience, and has established direct "order fullfillment" services with multiple distributors for ALL brands of Computers, software, peripherals and related Office automation equipment. The Client, having review the services offered, wishes to avail itself, and their employees, to the free quotation and direct wholesale purchasing services offered by the Company. Website design projects require this form and a deposit
The Client hereby agrees to keep all quotes and sources confidential. The Company does not extend credit terms to clients. Client further agrees to Pre-pay or accept COD shipments from direct sources provided by The Company. All prices quoted will be at or below normal Dealer or street pricing. The Client agrees to pay IMS a purchasing fee of 5 % on all purchases. This fee reimburses the Company for time spent for product selection, and procurement services. Consulting, graphics designing, website programming and on-site product evaluations will be charged at $35.00 /hr when requested by Client. All prices are quoted without freight or delivery fees unless requested.
Most distributors will accept credit card transactions or can arrange business leases. Please communicate to your IMS "buyers agent" any special payment requirements at time of requesting product quotes. All payments for order fulfillment normally are made directly to distributors and all manufacturer's warranties and distributors terms, are passed directly to purchaser (client).
